Training: DSP Orientation, Human Rights, Autism Competency, HIPAA, Staff Onboarding excluding {TOVA (unless an affiliate by way of trainer, Medication Management and CPR/First Aid}; Additionally, participants will also cover topics related to workplace ethics, emergency protocols, and effective communication strategies. There will be sessions detailing the importance of understanding diverse learner needs and providing the necessary support to all individuals regardless of their background or situation. Documentation Training will ensure that all staff are well-prepared to handle necessary reporting and record-keeping tasks effectively, which are critical in our line of work;

*Coming January 2026* -CPR/FIRST AID, including hands-on practice and scenario-based training to enhance the skills of staff members and ensure they are capable of responding to emergencies with confidence and competence.
